Add a new cost profile

  1. Choose Attendance Management > Cost Profiles in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Right click Cost Profiles or My Cost Profiles in the Navigation pane and choose New Cost Profile in the shortcut menu.
    • Click New Cost Profile in the toolbar of the Data Pane.
  3. In the option group Cost Profile of the dialog box Wizard New Cost Profile, complete the fields below:
    FieldExplanation

    Name

    (mandatory field)

    The name of the cost profile.

    Description The description of the cost profile.
    ID Field to be completed at your discretion, to assign an individual ID.
  4. In the option group Details in the field Cost Center, enter the code of the cost center or click Select Cost Center , select a cost center and click OK.
  5. In the field Percentage, enter the percentage this cost center should be charged in this cost profile.

    The total percentage for the distribution of cost centers must be 100% at all times!

    If the total percentage of distribution of cost centers is 100%, no more cost centers can be added!

  6. Click Add Cost Profile Detail to add another cost center to the distribution.
  7. In the field Cost Center, enter the code of the cost center or click Select Cost Center , select a cost center and click OK.
  8. Where applicable, in the field Percentage, change the percentage this cost center should be charged in this cost profile.
  9. Repeat steps 6 up to and including 8 to achieve a 100% distribution of the cost centers.
  10. Click Finish.
