View balance groups

A balance group is a set of balance codes represented as 1 code. These balance codes are planned and/or calculated individually, but are visualized as 1 balance code.

For example: The supervisor can make do with 1 sick code, but the payroll administration agency will want to split this code into separate sick codes. The various sick codes can be part of a balance group.

The balances can be viewed via the balance group code.

  1. Choose Attendance Management in the Navigation Pane.
  2. Choose the element Employees, Employee Groups or Departments in the Navigation Pane.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Select a filter.
    • Select My 'Element'.
    • Select one employee, employee group or department.
  4. Choose the tab Balances > Balance Groups.
  5. View the overview. For the balances that belong to a balance group, only the balance group code with its value is displayed.
