Code Groups

Codes indicate the nature of a performance. Codes are created when they are needed for the interface to the remuneration package or when the performance represented by the code needs to be calculated.

A code group is a set of balance codes represented as 1 code. These codes are planned and/or calculated individually, but are visualized as 1 code.

For example: The Supervisor can make do with 1 sick code, but the payroll administration agency will want to split this code into separate sick codes. The various sick codes can be added to a code group.
